All employees that need to use the app or website should have an employee record created.  The permissions available to the user will be based on the "role" selected (here is a list of all available roles). 

  • First name. Enter the employees first name. 
  • Last name. Enter the employees last name. 
  • Mobile. The employees mobile number. 
  • Email. The employees email address. 
  • Roles. Each employee can have multiples roles.  The roles will dictate what user permissions the employee has. 
  • Tags. Enter any tags for the employee.  These can be used to highlight anything specific to the employee. 
  • Employee Image. Optional field. Upload an image of the employee.
