What Is It
When a user creates a new job, they have the option of pre-loading a list of assigned tasks for a job. While not a requirement, it speeds up the task scanning at the job site by limiting the amount of typing required.
- To view an existing task, click on it.
- To add a new task, click on the "Add Task" button on the bottom of the page
How Tasks Are Organized
Tasks are listed on sheets based on their current stage. In the example image below, the job has three stages ("Inventorize", "Pickup" and "Drop Off"). Once a task has been completed on a stage, it moves to the next move stage (e.g. from "Pickup" to "Delivery"). Click here to learn more about task stages.
